Figure SSA-ind-022. God Shiva accompanied by his wife Parvati (Uma-Maheshwara sacred union motif), holding trisula (trident) in his right back hand and the rearing naga hooded cobra in his left back hand; flying (?) male deity (hero?) holding two confronted, rearing naga hooded cobras in both hands (Nagasakha motif) surrounded by the several anthropomorphic, ophiocaude (serpent-tailed) nagas with their long swirling squamous (scaly) lower limbs terminating with the heads of serpents, sporting the stylised cobra hoods (?), and lying face down in the submission (reverence?) poses with their tails intertwined.
